The knowledge feed is a user’s internal homepage. When a user visits their knowledge feed, our machine-learning algorithm combines all the data we have collected about their interests to recommend a feed of highly relevant content from across the BrightTALK platform. The knowledge feed is ever-improving: as the user continues to browse and learn on BrightTALK, the content served becomes increasingly relevant.
This means that BrightTALK clients who publish their content on the BrightTALK portal can benefit from additional exposure to new audiences who are interested in content similar to theirs. We use behavioral and meta data to select the content in the feed, which makes the knowledge feed one of the highest converting feeds on BrightTALK.
