Channel Owners and Channel Managers may request the MP4 file for any Webinars on their channel(s) by submitting a request to BrightTALK Support (email@example.com). If you are not a listed Channel Owner or Channel Manager you must copy someone who is and include a note of this in the request.
Please include: the direct event URL in your request or an event #ID and a BrightTALK Support Agent will reply shortly after with the download link. Click the link > Right Click > 'Save As' to your computer.
NOTE: For requests of 15+ MP4 files please include a spreadsheet with each event URL in your request. Depending on the number of MP4s added time is needed to complete the request.
