Channel Subscribers with Zero Webinar Engagement

Below are the following reasons a channel subscriber does not have webinar engagement:

  • User was shown a channel survey (separate from the registration form) that they did not complete. 
  • User was asked to complete more registration form data and they did not complete this. 
  • The content could not start playing (i.e. flash was blocked). 
  • The user left the page before the content started playing.

Keep in mind you can still look via the embedded URL column to see what webinar they attempted to click/view.
