With the number of big releases in the past few years, we understand there are a lot of questions popping up about all the different names we use and which one is correct. This article offers a brief explanation of the difference between each of our platform names:
BrightTALK Central
Starting in March of 2021, this is our main Customer platform. It represents the consolidation and upgrade of the "Channel" and "Demand Central" platforms into a single unified experience. It can be accessed by going to Brighttalk.com/central
The Channel (Legacy)
This is both the name of our legacy customer platform and also the name of a product- the legacy platform was retired with the launch of BrightTALK Central in March of 2021 and all the functionality was collapsed into the new platform. The product is still alive and well and is used by thousands to host and present their content on BrightTALK.
Demand Central (Legacy)
This the platform we created to support our Campaigns, Connectors, and Insights products. While all of that functionality lives on, this platform was officially retired with the launch of BrightTALK Central.
