To download the MP4 file click on ‘Manage’ next to your Talk
and then ‘Download’.
For other content, Channel Owners and Managers may request the MP4 file for any Webinar on their channel(s) by submitting a request via the ‘Support’ tab on the right-hand side of the page or by emailing BrightTALK Support (email@example.com).
If you are not a listed Channel Owner or Channel Manager you must copy someone who is and include a note of this in the request.
In the ticket, please include: the direct event URL in your request and a BrightTALK Support Agent will reply shortly after with the download link.
Note: For requests of 10+ MP4 files please include a spreadsheet containing each direct event URL. Depending on the number of MP4s requested, time is needed to generate the download links.
