I'm having trouble viewing the Tony Robbins videos. Can you help me?

As the webcast service provider for this video series, we're sorry you're having trouble viewing.  Here are some answers to our most frequently-asked questions about the Anthony (Tony) Robbins video series:

 1.  When I try to register, it says my email address is in use.  Can you help me register?

BrightTALK hosts thousands of channels of content, including "Anthony Robbins' Ultimate Business Advantage".  Therefore, this message means that you may already have a BrightTALK account set up, and you can't register for another one.  Instead, use the "Log in" button at the top right.  If you don't remember your password, use the "Forgot password" link just below.

 2.  I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Go to http://www.brighttalk.com/mybrighttalk/forgotpassword and fill in the form.  If you have an account, this will email you a link that will allow you to change your password.  If you do not receive an email, check your Spam folder.  If you didn't receive any reset email at all, then chances are you aren't registered for an account.

 3.  What if I have a technical support problem?
