What fields are required in the BrightTALK registration form?

We provide a choice of different registration forms you can use to capture data from the users who subscribe to your channel.

They are:

  • Lead Gen (Default) - Fields: First name, Last name, Email, Telephone, Job title, Level, Company, Company size, Industry, Timezone, Country, State/Province.
  • Prospect - Fields: First name, Last name, Email, Telephone, Level, Company, Company size, Timezone, Country, State/Province.
  • Moderate - Fields: First name, Last name, Email, Organization/Company, Job title, Country, Timezone.
  • Minimum - Fields: First name, Last name, Email, Timezone

Marketers spend a great deal of time optimizing registration forms to help either convert anonymous web traffic to known leads or to learn more about identified prospects. In marketing, conversion rates from forms can vary drastically based on the number of required fields or the perceived value of what the attendee will receive in exchange for their information. Typically, audience members are more likely to share their information with brands if there is an exchange of value, such as an information-rich webinar. 

Lead form conversion rates:

  • Minimum: 44%
  • Moderate: 41%
  • Prospect: 40%
  • Lead generation: 38%

All BrightTALK channels start out using the Lead Gen form, but we can change this should you want to use a different one.  Simply raise a ticket using the Support tab in your channel.
