Why are my webinar reports showing incorrect data?

Inaccurate or incomplete reports generally occur when the report has yet to updated.

As a best practice, we would recommend clicking the "Regenerate" button before downloading a report to ensure you get up-to-date, accurate data. 

The Regenerate button is available at the bottom of the page:
