If you are using the BrightTALK Connector for Salesforce and you've installed it in a sandbox, there's an additional setting you'll need to enable in order for the App to work correctly:
1. From the Setup area of Salesforce, Click "Develop" under App Setup
2. Under "Events" select "Custom Settings"
3. Find the item called "BrightTALK Settings" and click "Manage"
4. Click "Edit" then tick the box called "Enable in Sandbox" and click Save
Note: This is only required for Sandboxes. You'll need to enable this feature in each Sandbox you want to test in.
