When using one of BrightTALK's Connectors, you may have encountered the following error message:
"User not authorized"
This error means that BrightTALK is no longer able to access your Marketing Automation system. This is typically because the person (i.e. "user") who originally authenticated the Connector either no longer exists or has lost administrative permissions.
This error can happen for any Connector type and if you are seeing it happen every hour, please see the below instructions for how to resolve:
Marketo | Please follow the steps here and then re-authenticate on the "Setup" screen of your Connector |
HubSpot | Please re-authenticate on the "Setup" screen of your Connector using a valid Super Admin user account. |
Pardot | Please follow the instructions under "Step 1" here and then re-authenticate on the "Setup" screen of your Connector: |
Eloqua | Please follow the instructions under "Step 1" here and then re-authenticate on the "Setup" screen of your Connector |
