If you are using BrightTALK's Salesforce Connector you can setup notification emails that will send anytime there is an error with the sync between your BrightTALK Channel and Salesforce.
To do this, follow these steps:
(From "Setup" in Salesforce):
1. Go to "Custom Settings" under Develop
2. Select Manage next to "BrightTALK Settings"
3. Edit the page and add your email to "Error Notification Address"
Notes:
-Error emails will now be sent anytime a lead or contact fails to sync. This will only happen moving forward- we will not retroactively send errors.
-If you suspect there is an error in the past, you can manually run a sync to test by following the steps in this article
