BrightTALK now provides 4 additional data fields on its webinar lead reporting. These are activated on CSV reports in BrightTALK Central and on the Connector integration, free of charge.
On the Connector integration, please map these new fields so data can sync with your Marketing automation system.

Will the new fields be available on all the BrightTALK Connectors?
Yes, the new fields will be available on all Connectors.
I already mapped the 'State/Province' field. What's different to the 'State/Region (global)' field?
The existing 'State/Province' field provides data for US and Canada leads only.
Please map the new field 'State/Region (global)' if you want to receive the same for international leads.
Note: State/Region(global) will provide the data for all regions worldwide, including US and Canada.
What about 'Postal Code' and 'City'?
The 'Postal Code' and 'City' fields now provide data for all cities and regions worldwide.
