What is enriched data?
BrightTALK cleanses and appends contact and company data at no additional cost. We automatically enrich your BrightTALK leads whether they sign up through your promotions or ours, giving you more accurate data with new fields to improve the efficiency of marketing and sales follow-up.
How do I receive enriched data?
Enriched data will be automatically appended to your channel contacts once a viewer engages with the content on your channel. No additional steps are required.
Enriching historic data
All data in your channel has gone through the enrichment process. You can access it through channel and campaign reports or a one-time historic sync through your Connector.

A user who registered for my upcoming webinar has not been cleansed, why not?
If a new BrightTALK user registers for your content just after they created an account, the data may not have gone through the enrichment process. However, upon viewing the content later, you may see the data updated with more information and more accurate information.
Can this overwrite existing data in my marketing automation platform or CRM?
Yes, it may overwrite existing data that was previously synced. Please set up your system to allow BrightTALK to overwrite data as any new interaction from your audience can bring in more accurate data about this viewer.
Does the enriched data need to be mapped through my integration?
No, cleansed data will flow through your currently mapped fields. However, there are changes to the pick list values on some fields, to see these changes please click HERE.
